Our service plans are designed to accommodate the wide range of business needs that our customers have and allow us to maintain a structured approach to the provision of technical support services. Time & Material Plan
Technical support services are provided on an as-needed basis, at our standard billing rates. Our time & material service plan provides a next business day response time guarantee.
Volume Rate Plan
We offer a volume rate plan for those customers who choose to obtain technical support services in pre-paid blocks of 40, 80, 120, or 160 hours. Our volume rate agreement requires a one-year term commitment. Time is available for use in one-hour minimum increments and allows our customers to use their time on a random, as-needed basis. The volume rate agreement offers a number of important business advantages including discounted rates, accelerated response time and reduced travel related expenses.
Service Contract Plan
Our service contract plans provide technical support services through pre-scheduled on-site visits on specific dates and times, which are mutually determined and agreed upon by both IT OnCall and the customer at the time the contract is prepared. Like the volume rate agreement, the service contract plan requires a one-year term commitment and offers similar business advantages including discounted rates, accelerated response time and reduced travel related expenses. Service contracts can be customized to address a wide range of business needs, but do require a minimum of one day per month of on-site support service.
Our volume rate and service contract plans have proven to be very popular with our customers because they present good business value. IT OnCall stands ready to serve our customers at any time of the day or night, seven days a week. We will gladly make special arrangements for unique business needs and circumstances that do not fall within the scope of our established service plan guidelines.
